Job description:
Design & Prototyping (Figma):
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to refine wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity screens.
- Ensure design consistency in layout, typography, color, iconography, and interaction flows.
- Utilize Figma's collaboration and developer handoff tools to align design and development.
Front-End Development (React Native):
- Convert Figma designs into reusable, scalable, and interactive React Native components.
- Implement responsive UI layouts optimized for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Integrate app functionality with backend APIs and third-party libraries.
- Utilize best practices for performance optimization, code structure, and maintainability.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure a seamless user experience.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and UX Researchers.
- Participate in design reviews, feasibility assessments, and iteration cycles.
- Contribute to design and technical decisions to meet business goals and user needs.
Qualification and requirements:
- Strong proficiency in React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience using Figma for UI/UX workflows, prototyping, and design interpretation.
- Knowledge of modern mobile development tools such as Expo, React Navigation, Redux, and Axios.
- Understanding of mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and platform-specific guidelines.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to translate complex designs into elegant, intuitive, and high-performing interfaces.
- Advanced ClickUp automations
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
- Experience using Figma for UI/UX workflows, prototyping, and design interpretation.
- Knowledge of modern mobile development tools such as Expo, React Navigation, Redux, and Axios.
- Understanding of mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and platform-specific guidelines.
- Experience using ClickUp or similar project management tools.
- Strong graphic design skills (Figma required).
