UI/UX Engineer

End-to-End Product Design

• Lead the complete product design lifecycle for complex features—from research and ideation to prototyping, high-fidelity UI, developer handoff, and QA.

User Research & Persona Development

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, contextual inquiries, usability studies, journey mapping, and persona creation tailored for enterprise users such as developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.

Wireframing & Prototyping

• Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or similar platforms.

Design System Leadership

• Develop and maintain scalable design systems including atomic/component-based structures, accessibility standards, documentation, and support for theming (e.g., multi-brand, light/dark modes).

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and QA to align UX vision with technical feasibility and ensure smooth implementation.

AI/ML Workflow Visualization

• Design advanced interfaces for AI agent orchestration, workflow builders (drag-and-drop, node-based UI), model monitoring dashboards, and explainability tools.

Accessibility Compliance

• Implement and promote WCAG 2.1+ compliance, ARIA roles, and keyboard navigability to ensure inclusive design for users with disabilities.

Rapid Prototyping & MVP Launches

• Drive fast design iterations for MVPs; gather user feedback and analytics to inform ongoing improvements and next-stage features.

Usability Testing & Continuous Improvement

• Conduct usability tests (remote and in-person), analyze results, and contribute to product iteration and UX optimization based on findings.

Mentoring & Team Growth

• Mentor junior/mid-level designers, contribute to hiring efforts, and foster a high-performance, user-centered design culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 9+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design, with 3+ years in enterprise SaaS, data platforms, or AI/ML environments
• Proven leadership in launching complex digital products and implementing design systems
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with B2B, SaaS, workflow automation, or AI/ML tools
• Mastery of Figma and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, prototyping, and usability testing tools like Maze, Lookback.io, or UsabilityHub
• Deep knowledge of design thinking, information architecture, accessibility, and interaction design
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML/CSS, design tokens, component libraries)
• Experience with data visualization, complex state management, and collaborative design interfaces
• Strong soft skills including stakeholder communication, cross-functional collaboration, and facilitation of design workshops
