UI/UX Engineer

Role Overview

The UI/UX Engineer will ensure that the mock GUIs are implemented with high fidelity and usability. They will be responsible for front-end design consistency, accessibility, and user experience throughout the development cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Translate mock GUIs and wireframes into reusable front-end components.

Ensure consistent visual design, typography, color schemes, and branding.

Conduct usability reviews and collaborate with developers to refine UX.

Support QA in UI regression testing.

Collaborate with Product Manager to align design specifications with workflows.

Maintain and update the Design System / Component Library.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and engineering for web apps.

Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks.

Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React.js preferred).

Good understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).

Preferred

Experience in healthcare or rehabilitation software.

Knowledge of basic graphic optimization for performance (SVG, compression).

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows.
