About the Role

Xpandifi is hiring a UI UX and Marketplace Creative Designer to support our digital presence across marketplaces, our Seller Portal, and brand packaging. This is a multi skill role for someone who can design clean interfaces, create high quality product listings, build Shopify templates, and prepare print ready packaging files for manufacturers.

You will work closely with our product, sourcing, and operations teams to make sure every brand we onboard has strong design, clear listings, and a professional presence on marketplaces.

This role requires a mix of UX design, graphic design, packaging experience, and marketplace listing content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Create marketplace listings for platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, Temu, Wildberries and others

Design high quality product images including lifestyle photos, model mockups, infographics, A plus content, and enhanced brand content

Build Shopify themes and reusable creative templates for landing pages and brand stores

Design packaging, labels, inserts, and front back artwork

Liaise with printing vendors to prepare print ready files and follow packaging guidelines

Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for the Seller Portal and internal dashboards

Support branding and creative direction for the products we onboard

Maintain a design system and ensure consistency across all creative output

Requirements

Three to six years experience in UI UX design, marketplace creatives, or brand design

Strong skills in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro or similar tools

Experience creating marketplace product images and listings

Experience in packaging design and preparing files for print

Ability to design Shopify templates and basic front end familiarity

Good communication and ability to coordinate with cross functional teams

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple categories

Must be based in Navi Mumbai or willing to relocate
