About the Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our SAP services organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across SAP platforms and enterprise applications. You will collaborate closely with SAP consultants, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to transform complex business requirements into elegant and functional design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centric interfaces for SAP applications (e.g., SAP FIORI, SAP S/4HANA) and related enterprise solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP functional consultants and developers.
- Ensure consistency with design systems, branding, and accessibility standards.
- Optimize user journeys for efficiency, usability, and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and SAP design guidelines.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in enterprise or SAP environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process, problem-solving, and design outcomes.
- Experience with SAP Fiori design principles and tools is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Solid understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
Good to Have
- Experience in SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI, HR) from a user experience perspective.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience building or contributing to design systems.
