Must-Have

  • Strong proficiency in UI/UX design principles and best practices.

  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for implementing design concepts.
  • Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first design approach.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and ability to translate user requirements into functional design solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.

Nice-to-Have

  • Knowledge of design systems, pattern libraries, and style guides.
  • Experience with user testing, feedback collection, and iterative design improvements.
  • Experience with accessibility design standards and best practices.
