Job Summary:
- We are looking for a talented UI/UX Developer who can design and build intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate business requirements into engaging user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Develop responsive UI components using modern front-end technologies.
- Ensure consistency in design systems, style guides, and branding.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest UI & UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React Mandatory).
- Good understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Knowledge of usability principles and accessibility standards.
- Ability to translate designs into high-quality code.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
