Work Mode: Hybrid (Work from Office, Chennai, 2 days a week to office)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-velocity UI/UX Developer (2–4 years experience) who operates at the intersection of data, design, and code. Unlike traditional roles, you will own the entire frontend lifecycle—from analyzing user data and researching personas to architecting Figma designs and implementing them directly into our existing SaaS platform.

You should be an AI-native developer who leverages Generative AI tools (Cursor, Bolt, Claude Code, etc.) to bypass boilerplate and focus on solving complex architectural and visualization challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Product Ownership: Analyze platform data and target personas to define UI requirements. Don't just wait for a PRD—help shape it.
• Design-to-Code: Research and build high-fidelity UI/UX wireframes in Figma, focusing on complex data visualizations that align with our existing design system.
• Feature Integration: Develop and ship features directly into our existing SaaS platform, ensuring seamless integration with established patterns and technical debt management.
• AI-Accelerated Development: Use a modern AI stack (LLMs, AI Code Editors, and Prompt Engineering) to accelerate development cycles by 2x–3x without sacrificing code quality.
• Performance & Viz: Implement sophisticated, responsive data visualizations that make complex data sets intuitive and actionable.

Required Technical Skills

• The Core: 2–4 years of professional experience with React.js (v18+) and TypeScript.
• The Stack: Deep proficiency in Material-UI (MUI), HTML5, CSS3/Sass, and modern build tools like Vite.
• AI Mastery: Demonstrated experience using AI Development Assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Bolt.new, Lovable, or v0.dev) to scaffold, debug, and optimize code.
• Design Literacy: Proven ability to create professional UI/UX prototypes in Figma from scratch.
• Data Handling: Strong experience with REST APIs (Axios) and integrating frontends with complex backend SaaS architectures.

Required Product Skills

• Persona Research: Ability to think like the end-user to determine what data needs to be visualized and why.
• Data Visualization: Hands-on experience with libraries like Recharts, D3.js, or Highcharts to turn raw data into insights.
• SaaS Savvy: Understanding of multi-tenant environments, state persistence, and complex user workflows.

Good to Have

• State Management: Experience with Redux Toolkit or TanStack Query.
• Testing: Knowledge of Cypress or Playwright for end-to-end testing of new features.
• Auth: Familiarity with Keycloak or similar identity management systems.
• Continuous Learning: A track record of experimenting with the latest AI for Devs tools as they hit the market.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred), A minimum of 2+ years of UI Development experience, ideally with experience in a SAAS background.
