Job Title : UI/UX Designer (Figma) WhatsApp-Style Chat App Clone Design

Project Overview :

We're building a fully secure, modern messaging app inspired by WhatsApp focused on privacy, Indian users, and clean minimalist UI.

We need a creative Figma designer to design the complete app interface (mobile version only) all screens, flows, and UI components.

Work Scope / Responsibilities:

Design complete WhatsApp-like mobile app UI in Figma (Android-first, optionally iOS variant).

Include key screens:

1. Splash / Login / OTP screen
2. Chat list screen
3. Chat detail screen (1-to-1 + group)
4. Media sharing (photo, video, document, audio)
5. Status / Story view
6. Calls (voice / video)
7. Settings (profile, privacy, notifications, theme)
8. Contact list + new chat
9. Message info / delivery ticks / emojis / reactions
10. Maintain simple, modern, Indian-friendly color palette (light + dark theme).
11. Create reusable components and icons inside a Figma component library.
12. Deliver clickable prototype to demonstrate navigation between main screens.
13. Maintain UX flow consistency (bottom navigation, easy thumb reach zones, minimal distractions).

Follow Material 3 / modern Android design principles.

Deliverables:

1. Figma file with all artboards, components, and design system.
2. Prototype link showing navigation between screens.
3. Exportable assets (icons, illustrations if used).
4. Color styles + typography system.

Timeline & Budget:

1. Budget: 5,000 (fixed project)
2. Timeline: 57 days maximum after project start

Milestones:

1. Day 12 wireframes approval
2. Day 36 final UI screens
3. Day 7 prototype + delivery

Requirements:

1. Proven experience designing mobile apps in Figma (portfolio required).
2. Understanding of chat app UX (WhatsApp, Signal, Telegram style).
3. Ability to create clean, consistent, scalable design system.
4. Good communication skills and openness to feedback.
5. Must deliver editable Figma file (no image mockups).

Bonus (if you can do):

1. Support for RTL (right-to-left) layouts for multilingual.
2. Experience with motion prototypes / micro-interactions in Figma.
3. Knowledge of Material 3 components.
