We are looking for a UI UX Designer who has a strong eye for design, understands how users think, and knows how to bring interfaces to life through motion and interaction.
This role is ideal for someone who loves creating beautiful, functional websites and enjoys working closely with developers, project managers, and creative teams to turn concepts into polished digital products.
What You Will Do
- Design modern, conversion-focused website interfaces for businesses across multiple industries
- Create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Design smooth animations and micro-interactions that enhance user experience
- Build interactive prototypes to clearly communicate design intent
- Establish and maintain strong visual systems including typography, spacing, color, and layout
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance goals
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and visually consistent across devices
What We Are Looking For
- Strong UI design skills with a clean, modern aesthetic
- Experience designing websites, not just mobile apps
- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and user behavior
- Experience creating animations or motion designs for web interfaces
- Ability to think beyond static screens and design engaging interactions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote team environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions clearly
Required Tools and Skills
- Figma is required
- Experience with Adobe tools such as Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus
- Motion tools such as After Effects, Lottie, Rive, or similar are a strong plus
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern web layouts is preferred
- Experience working with developers or handing off designs for production
