Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web and mobile application designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and modern design trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design responsive UI for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback.
- Develop design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
- Ensure consistency in branding and user experience across all products.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX Design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with usability testing and user research.
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and Material Design/Human Interface Guidelines is a plus.
