Roles & Responsibilities:
- As a UI/UX Designer, you would be responsible for creating, evaluating, and modifying prototypes to support evolving hardware and software application development.
- Being a member of the User Experience team, you will develop and apply software design/usability processes in the investigation of technical problems.
- Develop user profiles, with emphasis on human error control, display issues, visual interaction, physical manipulation, and task and objective analyses.
- Provide product usability, evaluation, and support to product development teams, including the analysis and investigation of applications/systems including tactile methods, visual graphics, web, multimedia, voice response, and conversational user interaction.
- You will assist in developing design concepts and implementation, providing input on user design considerations.
- You would be required to produce specifications describing user needs and internal structures for products in development.
- You will design prototypes, workflows, and interactive illustrations in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, photoshop, illustrator).
You will partner closely with the following:
- Product Team - to understand the customers who use these products, empathize with them, and imagine creative ways we can make their work lives dramatically better.
- Engineering Team - to innovate by designing coherent, seamless, and emotionally resonant, state-of-the-art user experiences for our users and to turn your designs into reality.
- Fellow Colleagues - For user research to get customer feedback on your designs, find out where you've improved their lives, and where you have more work to do.
- Stakeholders - to discuss project status, goals, roadblocks, and areas for improvement. You will design prototypes, workflows, and interactive illustrations in Figma and Adobe, and also create a suite (Adobe XD, photoshop, illustrator).
Education Qualifications:
BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area
