Job Overview
A skilled UI/UX Designer is required to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences. The role involves transforming ideas into visually appealing and functional designs that enhance usability and brand consistency across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- User interface designs for web and mobile applications to be created and refined
- User experience flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems to be developed
- User research, usability testing, and design iterations to be conducted
- Design consistency across products and platforms to be maintained
- Collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to be ensured
- Latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to be followed
Required Skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
- Experience in responsive and mobile-first design approaches
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective design solutions
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UI and UX projects
