UI/UX Designer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer to design user-centric and visually compelling experiences for our digital products. You will be responsible for understanding user needs and translating them into intuitive and engaging designs.

Key Responsibilities:

User Research: Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user behaviors and needs.

Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas.

UI Design: Design high-fidelity mockups and user interfaces with a strong focus on visual design, typography, and color theory.

Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, gathering feedback to iterate and improve designs.

Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented correctly. Maintain and contribute to a design system.

• Figma
• Adobe XD
• Adobe Photoshop

• Sketch (if needed)
• Prototyping tools (InVision, Marvel)

Front-End Development Skills

• HTML5 / CSS3
• JavaScript (ES6+)
• Responsive Web Design
• Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS
• React.js (or Angular / Vue if applicable)
• CSS Preprocessors (SASS/SCSS)
• API Integration (REST APIs)
• Version Control (Git & GitHub)

Front-End UI Implementation

• Converting Figma/XD prototypes into pixel-perfect UI
• Component-based development
• Cross-browser compatibility
• Performance optimization
• Using animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP)

Soft Skills
