Responsibilities
- Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups optimized for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create visually appealing interfaces that align with brand identity and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure technical feasibility and smooth implementation.
- Maintain and evolve the design system, UI kits, and component libraries.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI, human-centered design, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure cross-platform optimization and a seamless user experience across devices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role in a SaaS or digital product company.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG).
- Experience with prototyping, usability testing, and analytics-based design improvements.
- Excellent visual design sense, typography, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present design ideas to stakeholders.
