About The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a professional who combines a deep understanding of user interface and user experience design with strong product thinking, research capabilities, and business analysis skills. As a senior member of our design team, you will take ownership of complex web and mobile application projects, translating business requirements into intuitive, engaging, and innovative digital experiences. Your work will directly influence the usability and success of our products, ensuring they meet the needs of diverse user roles and business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable working independently or collaboratively, with a passion for creating modern and impactful designs that push the boundaries of conventional user experiences.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess over six years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality work across web and mobile platforms. Proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools is essential. Candidates should have a solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, responsive design, usability, and accessibility standards. Excellent visual design skills, including a keen eye for color, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy, are required. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate strong product and business analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex ideas into practical design solutions. Experience working on multi-role platforms involving dashboards, permissions, and workflows, particularly in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise environments, is preferred. Familiarity with emerging AI technologies and their integration into user experiences is a plus. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are mandatory.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product UI/UX Designer, your responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end design process for complex web and mobile applications, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience. You will actively participate in product discussions, understanding and translating business and user requirements into detailed user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Conducting research, competitor analysis, UX benchmarking, and industry trend analysis will be vital to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. You will proactively suggest enhancements to workflows, usability, and overall engagement, considering current and future AI capabilities such as automation, AI assistants, and intelligent workflows.

Collaborating closely with development teams to create clear design specifications and documentation is essential, ensuring seamless implementation. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining scalable design systems and component libraries for web and mobile platforms. Reviewing developed features for design accuracy, responsiveness, usability, and UI/UX issues will be part of your ongoing quality assurance efforts. When necessary, you will create professional graphic assets, including marketing flyers, website graphics, banners, and presentation materials, to support product launches and promotional activities.
