Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of experience to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, hands-on experience across the full design lifecycle, and the ability to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, user interviews, usability testing, and analyze user feedback
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Ensure consistency with design systems, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business requirements
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
- Support developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI and UX problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Good understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility
- Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile applications
- Knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and style guides
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development (preferred)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
