We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Design Intern who can design clean, engaging, mobile-first experiences and contribute directly to live product features.
Role Overview
As a UI/UX Design Intern at Stoofers, you will work on real product screens and flows used by thousands of students. You'll collaborate with the product and tech teams to design intuitive user journeys, modern interfaces, and conversion-focused layouts.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role not just mock projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design mobile app UI screens and user flows (Android & iOS)
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Improve usability and user journeys across app features
- Work on new feature launches and UI revamps
- Maintain visual consistency with Stoofers design language
- Prepare developer-ready design files and components
- Iterate designs based on feedback and product requirements
- Support creatives for in-app banners and feature modules
Required Skills
- Basic to strong understanding of UI/UX principles
- Experience with Figma (preferred) or similar design tools
- Understanding of mobile-first design systems
- Good sense of typography, spacing, and layout
- Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
- Interest in Gen-Z products and consumer apps
Good to Have
- Experience designing for mobile apps
- Knowledge of design systems and components
- Basic understanding of UX research and user flows
- Motion/interaction design basics
