Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and AI-enabled platforms
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and domain experts to align design goals with business needs
Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve user experience
Maintain consistency in design language while meeting the unique requirements of life sciences applications

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of design projects
Proficiency in wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
Experience in the Life Sciences industry or working on AI-enabled platforms is preferred
Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user research methodologies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
