Job Description

We are looking for a talented and user-centric UI/UX Designer who can create engaging, intuitive, and visually appealing digital experiences across our web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of user behaviour, and the ability to transform business requirements into seamless, delightful user experiences. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to bring design concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Prototyping

✔ Design user-friendly wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms

✔ Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards to ensure consistency across products

✔ Create interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and user journeys

User Research & Iteration

✔ Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve the overall user experience

✔ Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and evolving business requirements

✔ Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

✔ Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver user-focused design solutions aligned with business objectives

✔ Translate Business Requirements Into Seamless, Intuitive User Experiences

✔ Present and articulate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership
