About the Role
We're looking for a creative thinker, design doer, and problem solver someone who can translate user needs, business goals, and tech logic into wow-worthy digital experiences.
You'll be the bridge between design and development, making sure every pixel and interaction feels seamless, smart, and Schbang-on!
What You'll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Daily Schbang)
- Collaborate with Developers, Project Managers, and Business Teams to bring digital ideas to life.
- Craft user-centred designs through competitor analysis, data insights, and technical opportunities.
- Turn ideas into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that users love.
- Conduct UX audits, A/B tests, and usability studies to continuously improve existing products.
- Keep an eye on industry trends, ensuring our designs are always fresh, functional, and future-ready.
- Work hand-in-hand with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Create seamless design systems that scale beautifully across web and mobile experiences.
Your Key KPIs
- Design 5+ websites or landing pages per year
- Ensure user experience scores and client satisfaction stay top-notch
- Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints
Skills You Bring to the Table
- A solid grasp of HTML, CSS, backend logic, and SEO fundamentals (you speak dev language fluently).
- Expertise in Prototyping, Wireframing, Visual Design, and User Research.
- An eye for detail, a mind for structure, and a heart for storytelling.
- Stellar communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- A problem-solving attitude that loves turning Hmm into Aha!.

Eligibility
- 23 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer (agency or tech setup preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing web, landing page, or product UI/UX work.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
- Bonus: Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow) or motion design tools.
