Job Description
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, accessible, and visually appealing digital experiences. The candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, business teams, and other stakeholders to transform business requirements into effective user experiences and high-quality digital interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Create user personas, customer journeys, user flows, information architecture, and interaction models.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop modern and consistent UI designs aligned with brand guidelines and product requirements.
- Create and maintain design systems, UI components, style guides, and reusable design patterns.
- Build interactive prototypes to communicate user flows and product concepts.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
- Apply accessibility and usability best practices throughout the design process.
- Maintain design documentation and provide detailed specifications for development teams.
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, sprint planning, and product discussions.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, design tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
