UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• User Interface Design: Create user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms that align with brand and product goals.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize user flows and interactions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency across the product.
• Usability Testing: Conduct user testing sessions, collect feedback, and iterate designs to improve usability and overall user experience.
• Design Consistency: Maintain and enhance design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure uniformity across products.
• Visual Design: Develop original illustrations, icons, and graphic elements from scratch, ensuring creativity and brand alignment.
• Responsive Design: Implement responsive and adaptive design principles for seamless experiences across devices.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to enhance design quality and innovation.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in a product-based environment
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive web design
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms
• Strong understanding of user-centered design and UX best practices
• Ability to create both low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
• Hands-on experience with custom illustrations, icons, and graphics
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Portfolio showcasing live design projects and case studies

Good to Have:

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript for better collaboration with developers
• Experience with SaaS or productivity tools
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design
• Ability to conduct user research and competitor analysis
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
• Skills in motion and interaction design (micro-animations, transitions)
