We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with a strong foundation in UX and Product Design for enterprise-scale digital products. This role requires someone who can independently drive design initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver intuitive, customer-centric experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end UX design activities for enterprise applications.
- Understand user problems through research, discovery, and stakeholder discussions before proposing solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, journey maps, information architecture, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
- Apply design thinking and established UX frameworks to solve complex business and user challenges.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
- Present design rationale effectively and influence decision-making through data-driven and user-centred approaches.
- Deliver high-quality designs independently with minimal supervision.
- Ensure designs are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with UX best practices and success metrics.
Required Skills
- Strong UX/Product Design experience with Figma.
- Experience designing Enterprise or SaaS products.
- Excellent product thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and design methodologies.
- Experience creating visual artefacts such as journey maps, user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Formal education/background in Design from reputed institutes.
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise platforms and complex user journeys.
