We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating user-friendly designs and a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Ensure that all designs are aligned with the brand guidelines and meet accessibility standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
