Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1.6-2 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, proficiency in modern design tools, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research and translate insights into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Create visually engaging layouts, graphics, and illustrations that align with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to deliver high-quality designs.
  • Ensure design consistency and maintain a consistent design system across all digital products.
  • Present and defend design ideas backed by user data and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Relevant Experience: 1.6-2 years.
  • Design Tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, and user flows.
  • Good hands-on experience in graphic design and illustration.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Must have a stand-out portfolio showcasing UI/UX and graphic/illustration work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility best practices.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in working with cross-functional teams.
