Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with strong exposure to the Life Insurance domain (India market). The ideal candidate should have expertise in Figma for UI design and prototyping, along with the ability to leverage Gen AI tools for design ideation, wireframe generation, and productivity improvements. The role involves designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for life insurance platforms and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly interfaces for Life Insurance applications, including policy management, underwriting, claims, and customer servicing modules.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product teams, and developers to understand business requirements and convert them into effective UI/UX designs.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Translate complex Life Insurance workflows into simple and intuitive user experiences.
- Utilize Gen AI tools to support design ideation, wireframe generation, and productivity improvements.
- Conduct usability testing and user research to improve the overall user experience.
- Maintain design systems, UI components, and style guidelines for consistency across products.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
Required Skills
- 5–10 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong experience with Figma for UI design, prototyping, and design systems.
- Mandatory domain knowledge in Life Insurance (India market).
- Understanding of Life Insurance processes such as policy lifecycle, underwriting, claims, and servicing.
- Experience using Gen AI tools for design ideation, documentation, or UI concept generation.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Good to Have
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments.
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, or React.
- Experience in design systems and component libraries.
