Unlike banks and financial institutions Lendbox cuts down the interest rates for borrowers and increases investor's yields by eliminating mediators like commercial banks, depository institutions etc.
We are a team of young and energetic professionals who have come together from diverse backgrounds such as investment banking, consulting, technology, e-commerce and start-up management to disrupt the personal credit sector in India
**Job responsibilities**
- Creating flow diagrams, user journey maps, sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes
- Work very closely with our engineering team to ensure visual cohesion and engineering efficiency across all user touchpoints
- Work with the product team to identify product and feature enhancements
- Collaborate across internal teams to understand and identify areas of improvement in the product using design and automation
- Present and communicate insights to the Product team in order to help shape long-term product strategy
- Quantitative and qualitative user research
- UX Copywriting - Write compelling, user-friendly copy that guides the user and is in line with both business and branding goals
**Skills and Requirements**
- 1-3 years of experience as a UX/Product designer
- Should be able to present a design portfolio to showcase the skills and experience
- Should be an extension of the Product team at Lendbox. Should have excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Should be fluent in user-centric design best practices
- Excellent communication skills and empathy for the user
- Very strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of responsive design
- Proficient with design tools - Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD etc
- Working experience or internships at tech start-ups will be an added advantage
