Description
As a UI/UX Designer Intern, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the development of user-centered design solutions that optimize business management and improve customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design intuitive workflows, and implement scalable solutions that drive innovation and propel our business forward.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into intuitive UI/UX designs.
- Design and prototype user interfaces that enhance customer experience and support seamless workflows.
- Assist in the development of scalable business processes and software architectures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design decisions and drive innovation.
- Contribute to UX/UI design efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Assist in analysing and addressing pain points in the business model to drive continuous improvement.
- Support effective communication and collaboration between software development and business teams.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Design, or related field.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.
- Passion for solving complex design challenges and creating exceptional user experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred
- Candidates with a strong design portfolio, able to work autonomously with a willingness to seek guidance for design decisions as required
- Demonstrating genuine passion for UI/UX
- Proficient in covering all major segments of design
- Capable of producing multiple iterations of designs to ensure thorough exploration and refinement
