Duration: 6 month EOR Contract
Must Haves:
- 2+ years of UX/UI design experience with a responsive portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, and product design.
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Figma; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD).
- Strong visual design fundamentals typography, layout, color.
- Experience with user-centered design, prototyping, and user research.
- Familiarity with Agile workflows, including Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Attention to detail and ownership of product quality.
- Basic web knowledge including HTML, CSS, site layouts, and DNS.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience balancing speed vs. quality in 01 product development.
- Exposure to QA methodologies, black-box testing, or accessibility testing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to simplify complex tasks and data.

- Contribute to and maintain design systems for consistency and efficiency.
- Communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure accessibility compliance and adherence to UX best practices.
