UI/UX Designer

• Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  
• Collaborate with marketing, product and development teams to understand project requirements, user needs, and business goals.
  
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to optimize designs.
  
• Ensure design consistency across all platforms while following brand guidelines.
  
• Translate complex information and workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces.
  
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, UI frameworks, and UX best practices.
  
• Work with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented.
  
  

Skills & Expertise

·Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.

·Strong understanding of UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, and user flows.

·Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.

·Solid grasp of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-platform best practices.

·Knowledge or Experience of Webflow / Framer

·Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus for collaborating with developers).

·Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

·Work experience with lovable ai is an added advantage.
