UI/UX Designer (In-Office)

The Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven UI/UX Designer to take ownership of our in-house products and client web platforms. You will bridge the gap between aesthetics and functionality, ensuring every design is not only visually stunning but also optimized for user flow, page speed, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Design: Create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for complex web platforms and landing pages.
• Conversion Optimization: Design with a conversion-first mindset—placing strategic CTAs and intuitive navigation to turn organic traffic into leads.
• User Research: Conduct user testing and analyze heatmaps/behavioral data to iterate on existing designs.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve Throttll's brand identity across all digital touchpoints.
• Mobile-First Approach: Ensure every design is pixel-perfect and fully responsive across all devices and screen sizes.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience (Agency experience preferred).
• Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma (primary), Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO-ready design principles (Core Web Vitals, accessible hierarchy, and fast-loading structures).
• Design Sense: A mastery of typography, color theory, and white space to create premium and trust-focused interfaces for the fintech/forex industry.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing real-world web projects, case studies, and a clear design process.
