Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end UI/UX for Hello Mentor's mobile applications from discovery to final handoff.
- Translate product requirements into user flows, IA, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct or support user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) and convert insights into meaningful design decisions.
- Run usability tests and iterate on designs using both qualitative and quantitative feedback.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers in an agile environment.
- Create and maintain components, styles, and scalable design systems in Figma.
- Prepare detailed design specs, annotations, and assets to ensure smooth developer handoff.
- Continuously refine existing flows to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
- Stay updated on modern mobile UI/UX trends and platform guidelines.
