Role Overview
We are looking for a
hands-on UI/UX Designer who can independently own design execution across multiple products. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working onsite with cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality designs under tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design clean, intuitive interfaces with strong focus on usability, scalability, and performance.
- Build and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI libraries in Figma.
- Create interactive prototypes to clearly communicate design intent to developers.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations where required.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Founders during design and development cycles.
- Participate actively in Agile sprints, stand-ups, and design reviews.
- Support development teams during implementation and perform UI/UX QA.
Required Skills & Experience
- 25 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and product thinking.
- Excellent command over:
- Wireframing (Low & High Fidelity)
- UI Mockups
- Typography, Spacing & Grid Systems
- Color Theory & Visual Hierarchy
- Responsive Design
- Information Architecture & Personas
- Prototyping & User Flows
- Proficiency in Figma (mandatory); experience with Adobe XD/Sketch is a plus.
- Good understanding of Human-Centered Design principles.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Experience working on SaaS, AI, or Fintech products.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes.
- Knowledge of accessibility and usability best practices.
