About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven UI/UX Designer who can design intuitive digital experiences while managing digital marketing activities across our platforms. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Figma, have a strong design portfolio, and possess hands-on experience running digital advertising campaigns and managing social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• Design user-friendly and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI guidelines.
• Translate business and product requirements into user-centred design solutions.
• Conduct usability analysis and improve designs based on user feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth design-to-development handover.
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and mobile-first design across platforms.

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute organic and paid marketing campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, and Meta platforms.
• Create marketing creatives, social media posts, emailers, advertisements, and landing page assets.
• Manage social media accounts, including content calendars, copywriting, publishing, and audience engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance using metrics such as CTR, CPL, ROAS, and follower growth.
• Optimise campaigns based on performance data and marketing objectives.
• Coordinate with product and business teams for product launches, merchant acquisition campaigns, and partnership announcements.
• Manage basic SEO activities, including meta content, landing page copy, and website structure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design or Product Design, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and developer handover.
• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and/or Google Ads campaigns, including setup, targeting, and budget management.
• Experience managing social media accounts, content planning, scheduling, and engagement.
• Strong visual design skills in typography, colour, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Good understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
• Ability to independently create marketing creatives using Figma, Canva, or Adobe tools.
• Understanding of campaign analytics and performance optimisation.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimisation.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
