About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of professional experience to join our team at MeltX Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Unlike consumer-facing applications, your focus will be on designing complex enterprise applications and process-driven systems where efficiency, data density, and logical workflows are paramount. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in UI/UX design, with proven experience in enterprise, B2B, or SaaS applications. A degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating mastery in relevant skills. You should have a comprehensive portfolio showcasing your ability to design complex workflows and data-rich interfaces. Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch is essential, along with excellent communication skills to effectively present and justify design decisions. A keen eye for detail, including consistency in spacing, alignment, and states across numerous screens, is critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Enterprise Design Strategy: Lead the design of complex, process-driven workflows for web and mobile enterprise platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences that accommodate intricate business processes.
- User Research & Logic: Conduct in-depth user research and stakeholder interviews to understand complex business workflows, translating these insights into detailed user personas and journey maps.
- Advanced Prototyping: Create high-fidelity, interactive prototypes that accurately simulate complex data interactions and conditional logic using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- System Management: Develop and maintain scalable design systems and comprehensive style guides to ensure visual and functional consistency across large-scale enterprise suites.
- Data Visualization: Design intuitive dashboards and interfaces capable of presenting high-density data and complex reports clearly and efficiently.
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product managers to validate the technical feasibility of designs and ensure accurate implementation of UI components.
- Iterative Testing: Facilitate usability testing sessions with expert users, analyze feedback, and iterate on navigational structures and interface elements to enhance usability and efficiency.
