About The Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at Jase HR Solutions. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the digital presence of our brand and enhancing user experiences across our web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design principles, proficiency in design tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketing professionals. Your work will directly impact how our clients and internal stakeholders interact with our services, ensuring intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 1+ years of professional UI/UX experience, particularly with shipped B2B or SaaS products. Proficiency in Figma is essential, along with strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience with no-code platforms such as Framer or Webflow is a plus. A deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy is required, enabling you to justify every design decision. A compelling portfolio showcasing clean, user-friendly designs for both web and mobile applications is mandatory. Excellent communication skills are vital, as you will need to defend your design choices using data and user research insights. Attention to detail and a relentless drive for perfection are crucial qualities for this role.
Responsibilities
- Product Design - Lead end-to-end UX and UI design for our web and mobile applications, including creating flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Design System - Develop, maintain, and evolve a cohesive, reusable component library that ensures consistency across all digital touchpoints, streamlining design and development processes.
- Brand & Visuals - Create compelling illustrations, merchandise, and marketing assets that reflect the Contineu brand identity, ensuring visual consistency and brand recognition.
- Website - Design, launch, and continuously improve high-conversion web pages using tools like Framer and Webflow, eliminating the need for extensive development hand-offs.
- Iterative Feedback Loops - Conduct user testing, run rapid experiments, and refine designs based on data and user feedback to achieve optimal usability and aesthetic appeal.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with product managers, engineers, and founders to deliver pixel-perfect features on schedule, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
