Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer with experience in the Healthcare Claims domain(India market) to design intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Figma and a deep understanding of healthcare claims workflows, enabling them to translate complex business processes into simple and effective user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces for healthcare claims platforms and applications.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and development teams to understand user needs and business requirements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
- Translate complex healthcare claims workflows into intuitive and easy-to-use interfaces.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product usability and user experience.
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides to ensure consistency across applications.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
- Improve the end-to-end user journey across claims submission, processing, and tracking systems.
Required Skills
- 5–10 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong experience with Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
- Mandatory domain experience in Healthcare Claims.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Ability to convert complex workflows into intuitive UI designs.
- Good understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
- Exposure to design systems and component libraries.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, or React.
