What You'll Do
- Lead or contribute to the design of ERP, CRM, or POS platforms across web and mobile
- Collaborate with the CEO, Tech, and Product teams to convert complex workflows into intuitive UI
- Conduct competitor analysis and user journey mapping for business apps
- Design clean, modular, and responsive UI using Figma (components, variants, design systems)
- Maintain consistency across modules while optimizing for performance and usability
- Independently design user-friendly products from scratch with little guidance.
- Take ownership of end-to-end design processes, from ideation to prototype handoff.
- Occasionally create branding or marketing design elements for product launch support
What We're Looking For
- 13 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Experience designing ERP, CRM, or admin dashboards (MUST)
- Proficiency in Figma, especially with components and libraries
- Understanding of user personas and product workflows in B2B SaaS
- Ability to think like a product designer balancing aesthetics, usability, and business goals.
- Self-motivated, able to take initiative and design without constant direction.
- Bonus: Animation skills, Webflow knowledge, or frontend design handoff experience
