Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
Design intuitive information architecture and navigation structures.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
Ensure consistency in visual design across all digital platforms.
Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability results.
Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
Ability to interpret user research and translate insights into design solutions.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks is a plus.
Strong visual design skills including typography, color theory, and layout.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

Educational Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills and problem-solving approach is mandatory
