About The Role
We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer who can seamlessly blend creativity with user-centric design principles. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your work on real-world products. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma is essential; familiarity with Sketch or other similar tools is a plus. You should possess a deep understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and usability principles, along with a keen eye for detail. Excellent collaboration and communication skills are necessary to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Experience designing for web, mobile, or SaaS platforms is highly desirable. A strong foundation in accessibility standards and interaction patterns will help ensure your designs are inclusive and effective across diverse user groups.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes tailored for web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to inform and refine design decisions, ensuring optimal user experience.
- Partner closely with developers to guarantee pixel-perfect implementation of designs, maintaining visual consistency and quality.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of our design systems, establishing standards that promote consistency and scalability across products.
- Simplify complex workflows involving AI and sports data into intuitive, user-friendly journeys that enhance usability and engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, accessibility standards, and interaction patterns to continuously improve design quality.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, complemented by a compelling portfolio demonstrating your design capabilities.
- Proficiency in Figma, with experience in Sketch or similar tools considered an advantage.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and usability best practices.
