About The Role
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer / Motion Designer / Video Editor / UI/UX Designer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for visual storytelling and modern design principles, with the ability to handle multiple creative tasks efficiently. This role involves collaborating closely with marketing, development, and product teams to produce compelling visual content for web, mobile applications, branding initiatives, and marketing campaigns. The candidate should be adept at translating concepts into engaging visuals, ensuring consistency and high standards across all deliverables.
Qualifications
The successful candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 6 years of professional experience in graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, and UI/UX design is required. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphics, animations, video projects, and user interface design is essential. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma or Adobe XD is mandatory. Additional skills in typography, visual aesthetics, and understanding of UI/UX principles are highly valued. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is optional but considered a plus.
Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Create innovative assets for social media, marketing campaigns, banners, posters, and branding materials that align with company branding guidelines.
- Design logos, brand identities, brochures, and digital creatives to enhance brand recognition and visual appeal.
- Maintain consistency across all visual platforms, ensuring brand integrity and coherence.
Motion Graphics & Animation
- Develop engaging motion graphics, animated videos, and promotional content tailored for various digital channels.
- Produce animations for product demonstrations, advertisements, and social media reels to captivate target audiences.
- Utilize visual storytelling techniques to craft explainer videos and enhance overall content engagement.
Video Editing
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing, social media, and product promotion, ensuring clarity and visual impact.
- Incorporate effects, transitions, sound design, subtitles, and color correction to enhance video quality.
- Create short-form content optimized for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and digital advertising campaigns.
UI / UX Design
- Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications that provide seamless user experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to facilitate effective development and testing.
- Collaborate with developers to implement responsive, accessible, and intuitive designs.
- Ensure adherence to usability standards and best practices to optimize user satisfaction.
