Experience: Minimum 1 year in UI/UX or product design

Salary: 25,000+ per month

About the Role

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who understands how good design impacts products and businesses. You'll work closely with founders, developers, and stakeholders to design user-centric digital experiences across websites, dashboards, and product interfaces.

This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond basics and wants hands-on exposure to real products, real users, and real decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive UI and UX for websites, web apps, and dashboards
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
• Translate requirements into clean, functional design solutions
• Maintain consistency across layouts, components, and design systems
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth design handoff
• Iterate designs based on feedback, usability, and product goals
• Assist with research, audits, and UX improvements when required

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in UI/UX or product design
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and layout systems
• Proficiency in Figma (mandatory)
• Ability to think from a user and business perspective
• Good eye for typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment

Good to Have

• Experience with SaaS dashboards or complex web apps
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (not mandatory)
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
• Experience working with developers or cross-functional teams
