This role at Enphase requires working onsite
3 days a week, with plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule over time.
About The Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable digital experiences for our users. They are responsible for understanding user needs and translating them into delightful designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business growth.
What You Will Do
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Facilitate the clients product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
- Take a user-cantered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
- Collaborate with other team members, design agencies and stakeholders.
Who You Are And What You Bring
- 3 to 5 years of UI and UX design experience, working collaboratively with global teams
- Bachelor's or master's degree in design-related discipline or relevant industry experience
- Demonstrable UI/UX design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Solid Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Visual Design and other Wire-Framing tools.
- After Effects knowledge will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Website, E-commerce and Mobile app design (Android and iOS).
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Good time-management skills.
- Ability to solve problems Creatively and Effectively.
- Up to date with the latest UI Trends, Techniques and Technologies.
