Position - UI/UX Designer

Location: Bhubaneswar

Job Type: Onsite

Key Responsibilities

•  Design user-friendly and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.

•  Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and design systems.

•  Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve product experience.

•  Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

•  Design responsive layouts that work seamlessly across multiple devices and screen sizes.

•  Work with APIs and understand data structures to design efficient user interactions.

•  Develop and maintain design standards, style guides, and UI component libraries.

•  Analyze user behavior and product metrics to continuously improve user experience.

•  Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

•  Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams using Python and PHP frameworks.

Qualifications

•  Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

•  Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile application design projects.

•  Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
