UI/UX Designer

Billeasy is a leading technology company specializing in creating e-bills and developing robust e-commerce platforms for businesses that sell products online or through channels like WhatsApp. Our mission is to simplify and streamline the billing and e-commerce processes for businesses, enabling them to enhance customer experiences and drive growth in the digital realm. As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Jr. UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups using Figma, leveraging features like Auto-layout, Components, and Sections effectively
• Design and iterate user flows, interfaces, and visual elements that align with brand guidelines and improve usability
• Adapt to existing design systems and contribute to their growth with reusable, consistent design elements
• Conduct design reviews, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and iterate quickly to refine design solutions
• Ensure designs are scalable, responsive, and user-friendly across different devices and platforms
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices
• Participate in usability testing and implement findings into the design process
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs

Requirements:

• 23 years of proven work experience as a Jr. UI/UX Designer.
• A strong portfolio showcasing real projects and design processes across web and mobile applications.
• Sound knowledge of wireframing, user flows, and responsive design principles.
• Proficiency with Figma and deep familiarity with its features like Auto-layout, Sections, Components, and Prototyping.
• Ability to work within a design system and extend it to meet evolving product needs.
• Should be able to create visually appealing & scalable designs.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team
• Excellent time-management and task prioritization abilities.
