Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups using Figma, leveraging features like Auto-layout, Components, and Sections effectively
- Design and iterate user flows, interfaces, and visual elements that align with brand guidelines and improve usability
- Adapt to existing design systems and contribute to their growth with reusable, consistent design elements
- Conduct design reviews, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and iterate quickly to refine design solutions
- Ensure designs are scalable, responsive, and user-friendly across different devices and platforms
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices
- Participate in usability testing and implement findings into the design process
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Requirements:
- 23 years of proven work experience as a Jr. UI/UX Designer.
- A strong portfolio showcasing real projects and design processes across web and mobile applications.
- Sound knowledge of wireframing, user flows, and responsive design principles.
- Proficiency with Figma and deep familiarity with its features like Auto-layout, Sections, Components, and Prototyping.
- Ability to work within a design system and extend it to meet evolving product needs.
- Should be able to create visually appealing & scalable designs.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team
- Excellent time-management and task prioritization abilities.
