Role Overview

We are looking for a practical, user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, functional, and visually clean interfaces across our product suite, including web applications, data dashboards, and internal workflow tools.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and domain experts to transform complex business requirements and multi-step user journeys into simple, elegant digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Design: Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual interfaces for web and desktop applications.
• Dashboard & Workflow Design: Turn complex data, forms, and multi-step operational tasks into clear, easy-to-navigate screens and dashboards.
• Design Systems & Consistency: Maintain and expand component libraries, UI guidelines, and visual standards across all digital products.
• Developer Hand-Off: Partner closely with front-end development teams to ensure seamless implementation and design accuracy in production.
• Iterative Improvement: Gather feedback from internal team members and client users to refine user journeys and resolve usability pain points.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2 – 4 years of practical UI/UX design experience, with a focus on B2B SaaS applications, web platforms, or data-heavy interfaces.
• Tool Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, interactive prototyping) and familiarity with tools like Adobe XD or Illustrator.
• Dashboard & Form Design: Strong ability to organize large amounts of information, tabular data, and complex user flows clearly and efficiently.
• Technical Awareness: Practical understanding of standard web/mobile design patterns and layout feasibility for front-end developers (HTML/CSS standards).
• Communication: Ability to clearly explain design decisions to cross-functional teams and product stakeholders.
• Domain Exposure (Plus): Prior experience or interest in health-tech, fintech, enterprise tools, or workflow management platforms is a plus.
