We are looking for a full-time UI/UX Designer to join our team in an onsite role initially. The designer will work closely with product, development, and strategy teams to design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.
After the initial onsite phase, the role may transition to Kochi office / hybrid, based on project requirements and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces and user experiences for websites, mobile apps, and digital products
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs
- Build interactive prototypes for validation and stakeholder reviews
- Translate business requirements into clear, usable design solutions
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
- Maintain design consistency and usability standards across projects
- Iterate designs based on feedback, testing, and usability insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma (mandatory), Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, and usability best practices
- Experience designing responsive layouts for web and mobile
- Ability to think visually and solve problems creatively
- Strong attention to detail and design consistency
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Relevant experience or education in Design, UI/UX, HCI, or a related field

- Basic understanding of front-end constraints
- Experience working on real-world digital products or SaaS platforms
- Exposure to branding or digital product ecosystems
