Responsibilities:
Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD
Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital campaigns and internal
assets
Develop basic motion graphics and video content using After Effects or similar tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into user-friendly designs
Apply strong design principles, including color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas
Iterate designs based on user feedback or internal input
Ensure consistency across all creative assets as per brand guidelines
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques
Maintain organized and clean design files for easy handoff
Communicate design intent and rationale clearly to stakeholders
Required Skills:
Strong visual design sensibility with attention to detail, composition, and layout
UI/UX design skills using Figma and Adobe XD
Graphic design capabilities for digital creatives and social media
using Photoshop and Illustrator
Motion graphics and basic video editing using After Effects and Premiere Pro
Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and workflows
Quick learner, adaptive, and open to iterative feedback
Awareness of latest design trends and digital storytelling formats
Ability to work collaboratively across product, development, and marketing teams
Organized approach to managing design files and handoffs
Consistency in design outputs, aligned with brand guidelines

UI/UX Design: Figma, Adobe XD
Graphic Design: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro
AI Workflow Tools: Midjourney, Runway ML, Adobe Firefly (or similar)
Productivity & Collaboration: Google Workspace, Notion (preferred)
